The simulation includes electrons, gluons, photons, the six varietes of quarks, and the ability to form Protons and Neutrons. You can add in all avalible particles through the menubar, and all particles are draggable to all positions. All particles except electrons and gluons collide with each other, and all particles begin with a random velocity, except particles spawned in through the menu. If the simulation slows down, you can place particles in collision with photons to speed them up again. You can Combine Quarks and Gluons in the structure of Protons and Neutrons to create Protons and Neutrons.
Two Up Quarks and One down Quark for a proton, and two Down Quarks and One Up Quarks for a neutron.
This is a first release, I do plan on adding more particles and their applications in this simulation.
